I am going
back to my story Under the Sea …here’s the setup:
In her disabled submersible, Lindsay Lanigan sits on the
sea floor thinking about her lover Jonas Adaria and hallucinating that
merpeople will save her. She has searched for Atlantis forever and a freak
accident brings her to its very heart and Jonas. Then there’s the small matter
of his mate, Princess Maleka and their lover Bruin. Can she become part of a
poly-amourous family unit as is the Atlantean tradition? Or will she decide to
die alone below the sea?
Sighing, I followed her lead and moved to a seat at
the table. I could smell the clean masculine scent of Bruin as he held out my
chair for me. Smiling up at him, I murmured a quick, “Thank you.”
“You’re welcome.”
His deep voice rumbled down my spine causing the
wetness to pool in my crotch. The surprise on my face had to be evident to
Jonas who held out the chair for Maleka to sit directly across from me.
“It’s okay, Lindsay. We’re all very aware of each
other sexually. It’s part of what makes our bond very special.”
I nodded. “You’ll have to tell me about this bond.
Surely it goes beyond the sex.” I needed it to go well beyond just the sex. I
knew I needed something which would last a lifetime or two.
Maleka reached across the table and took my hand. “Of
course it does. Sex is only part of the connection. I do believe it was one of
the reasons Jonas wanted to bring you here.”
“Indeed it was. I tried to resist you as long as I
could. But once you started your pursuit of me, I was lost.”
