Sexy in the Sky ~ @oddlynn3 #LynnCrain #MySexySaturday #MySexyAuthors #MSS166

Welcome to Week 166 at My Sexy Saturday and thanks for being here with me. For many of us, this has been a horrible week. Let’s just say, it’s going to take many of us lots of time to heal. It’s also going to take due diligence to make it right for every American. Enough said.

This week the theme is Sexy in the Sky and what is more sexy than traveling in space with two hunky, exotic male dancers. It has always been one of my dreams, traveling in space. Now, I’m too old to do it and so I have to live through my characters. Today’s story is one I’ve showcased here before, The Harvester. It is a fun, sexy, space opera type romp that was fun to write. Someday, I promise to write the sequel. Don’t forget to get your copy today! Here’s the setup:

Princess Sky Xera Nerezsh came to earth to avoid the normal succession to the throne. Being the oldest daughter, she will be required to murder her mother in order to secure her path to power. Sky loves her mother and refuses this way, choosing instead to disappear in the vast reaches of space. When her past collides with her present, she has to think quick on her feet, claim two men and a whole planet just to avoid the inevitable: a meeting with her mother. Along the way, she discovers true love and a burning need to be there for them always. Now if the other Harvesters can just keep to themselves, they’ll have no problems. But who said true love was ever easy.

I loved writing Jax, Zane and Sky. They were some of my most intriguing characters. Imagine yourself suddenly in place you so didn’t expect. Then to find some erotic partners, who only want to jump your bones…well…you get the idea. What can be more sexy than that? Here’s my seven paragraphs from this wonderful story:

She open the door and peeked inside. The men were still up against the bulkhead but curled around each other apparently for warmth. Sky went to stand over them, taking in just how they looked after a forced sleep. Some men were absolutely horrible after being shoved into a cell then woken up somewhere along the way. Not these two. Jaxon and Zane were as handsome now as they were the moment she first saw them.
Hunkering down, she allowed a hand to wander over Jax’s hair. She wanted to pushed her fingers through to the back of his head and pull his full lips to her own. She turned to Zane and ran her hand over his hard biceps. Her breath hitched a moment and she wondered again just why these two affected her so much. More than that, she knew she wanted more than just sex as something knotted her deep inside where these two were concerned.
She licked her lips in anticipation of what might happen, of what she wanted to happen. They had been in their dressing room when she took them, so both had light robes on over their kilts. She pushed the fabric out of the way and ran her fingers down Jax’s firm abdomen. He had a very light smattering of hair, not quite noticeable whereas Zane was hairless but his body was just as muscular.
Boldness took hold of Sky and she wanted to touch them more, to fondle their packages just as if she had been a real Harvester again. Part of the job was to insure everything was in proper order. Sliding her hand down Jax’s front, she moved her hand under his kilt and a moan of pleasure rewarded her. She moved closer and felt the weight of his penis in her hand. It would be more than adequate in size once fully excited.
The man turned over and arched his cock toward her just a little. Sky moved her thumb across the tip and felt the organ jump a little. Wait a minute...she had barely enough time to get the words out in her mind when she found herself flat on her back as violet eyes moved over her.
“I want to know just what the hell game you’re playing.”

My Sexy Spaceship ~ @oddlynn3 #LynnCrain #MySexySaturday #MySexyAuthors #MSS142

Welcome to week 142th week of My Sexy Saturday. This week’s theme is My Sexy Spaceship. And I so love this theme because I love to write about spaceships. Frankly, I love everything sci-fi or fantasy and you’ll be seeing a lot of those kinds of stories in my future.

The change continues as May moves on. Not that I didn’t expect it but I was hoping it would be a little more ordered. But when is life ever as one expects. We bid on a home in New Mexico, lost that one and bid on another. It looks like this one is going to take if the inspection, appraisal and everything else is in place with the right numbers. Thank goodness we’ve already secured the financing because I would be a total basket case. LOL!

But this really isn’t about me, it’s about My Sexy Saturday and the wonderful posts available for everyone to read. This week, I’ve chosen one of my self-published works as it has one of the best spaceships ever. And while I know this is supposed to be sexy, spaceships are and this one is extra special. I’m showing you a little about the ship in hopes that you’ll search on this book, The Harvester, and get even more sexy parts. I have posted lots and lots of sexy parts. And most of those sexy bits take place in this ship, which is why I want to show you her introduction. Here’s the set up for The Harvester.

Here’s my seven paragraphs from this wonderful story:

The drazee notified Sky about ten seconds before the molecular beam transported her to the main bridge of her ship renamed Jabari Cherut. She stood still for a moment to get her bearings before she started to get her ship in order for travel. One of the many things afforded her, as a princess was a sentient ship. Battle situations were made easier if the ship could make decisions to save everyone’s life, including its own.
“Well, look who finally decided to show up.” The dry sense of humor her ship displayed grated on her already stretched nerves.
“You knew my trips might necessitate me gone for long periods of time.” She paused, hands on hips trying to decide what should be next. This was so not the time for this confrontation.
“I understood that portion of your new life. I am self-entertaining you know. What I don’t understand is why you ignored my coded priority one message.”
She looked at the console confused. It’s really hard to look something in the face when it doesn’t have one, she thought wryly to herself. “What priority message? I haven’t received any communiqués from you recently. The last was the new stream you sent me two months ago.” While Sky might not like everything about her new life on Earth, she wouldn’t jeopardize the planet by ignoring priority messages.
“That explains it then. She must have been using some type of interference device.”
“Who?” Now she was really confused but the pit in my stomach told her she already knew who. “Who are you talking about, Bess?”

I love this series and am sorry that it never really went anywhere. I’ll be starting on book two here shortly and hopefully, it will take off like I know it should. It was fun to write and I love putting it all together.

My Sexy Saturday ~ @oddlynn3 #MySexySaturday #Saturday7 #MSSAuthors #LynnCrain #BYNR

Welcome to week 95th  week of My Sexy Saturday. This week’s theme is Our Sexy Galaxy and is the groups nod toward sci-fi romance. Need I say, I love sci-fi romance and have a few stories that reflect this topic.

Some reminders, don’t forget Monday’s Austria Scoop where I talk about Austria and Tuesday’s My So-Called Writing Live where I talk writing and life. Both can be incredibly boring or incredibly exciting. Depends upon your perspective of cours.

Today’s book is one I love and hope to get back to this year. The Harvester is about a planet of women that harvest men. Here’s the set up:

The Harvester

Here’s my seven paragraphs from The Harvester:

“Can’t we have sex first then worry about the details later?”
Both Jaxon and Sky turned to give him a withering look before they looked at each other and laughed. “Is he always like this?”
Jaxon shook his head. “No, I think you scared him good and he’s compensating by being the funny man.”
“Not fair telling all my secrets.” Zane lifted a pinky and took another sip of tea.
Jaxon’s warm chuckle boomed in the small space. “No one knows all your secrets.”
“True. Still, they aren’t yours to tell.”
Sky felt like a third wheel as the two of them tossed their easy banter about. She tried to relax and realized she couldn’t. She wanted them with every fiber of her being. She had never had any men, prey or otherwise, make her feel this way. “The secrets can wait as can the banter. We need to devise a plan. Do either of you have any battle training?”

This is the first book in the Girls Night Out series and hopefully won’t be the last. I know that a couple more are just lurking out there and now’s the time to get things going again.

My traditional ePublisher, eXtasy Books, is still having a sale on some of my books at their website. Right now, you can pick up any of the books listed below for just $0.99. Sexy Me Down ~ @oddlynn3 #LynnCrain #MySexySaturday #MSSAuthors #MSS90

Welcome to week 9oth week of My Sexy Saturday. This week’s theme is Sexy Me Down and it’s all about the adventurous nature of lovers. More succinctly, it’s about mercenaries, archaeologists and more. The lovers are taking a great risk with each other yet still can’t get enough of each other.

First, here’s a few reminders: don’t forget Monday’s Austria Scoop where I talk about living in Austria and Tuesday’s My So-Called Writing Live where I talk life and writing. Both can be incredibly boring or incredibly exciting. It all depends on the day and if there are limos and tiaras in the picture.

Today’s story, you’ve seen a few times grace these pages. This is a story about love and intrigue and a woman who shies away from the spotlight on her own planet. Here’s the set up:

Here’s my seven sentences from The Harvester:

The man turned over and arched his cock toward her just a little. Sky moved her thumb across the tip and felt the organ jump a little. Wait a minute...she had barely enough time to get the words out in her mind when she found herself flat on her back as violet eyes moved over her.
“I want to know just what the hell game you’re playing.”
She stared at him a moment and stayed completely still. “No game.”
“Lady, you should have a better explanation than that one.”

This is the first book in the Girls Night Out series and I truly hope to have book two out sometime this next year. I’ve been plotting and planning and looking at pictures for cover art, so I know that it’s on my mind. I’ll keep you posted.
My traditional ePublisher, eXtasy Books still has many of my books on sale at their website. If you’ve never read any of my stories, now’s the time to get them at a great discount and see if I write stories you might like. Pick up your copies today!

Our Sexy Date ~ @oddlynn3 #MySexySaturday #Saturday7 #MSSAuthors #LynnCrain

Welcome to week 78th week of My Sexy Saturday. The week’s theme is My Sexy Date.  This week will be short and sweet since I have a horrible head cold. I’m trying to recover but with the cold outside, I’ve discovered I’m totally housebound for a few days as the less than freezing temps have a negative effect on my throat. Still, it took me a while to find a book where my characters actually date. Most of the time, they are thrown into their situations and come together as a result of those situations. Some of them have had prior knowledge of each other but most of them haven’t gone out on a date. I did manage to find something I think you’ll enjoy.

My multi-day post on my Facebook author page where I tell you five things about myself is still going because I haven’t posted the last day. I should have made it a weekly thing, yeah, weeklies I can do but daily sometimes isn’t doable. I should have put that in the five things. I do remember saying I have to write everything down and obviously, I missed that last day. I will rectify that tomorrow when I put up the last post. And the giveaway for the $25 Amazon gift card is still in place. I will be giving that away.

The weather in Austria looks beautiful but it is very, very cold and therefore I’m having an inside day. The head cold is just so draining and I want to be at my best when the week starts. Lots of things to do for writing and just my life in general. There was a second protest that happened last week and it was a little more intense. They took out anything in the park that could be used as a weapon meaning no benches, chairs or trash cans. It was rather odd looking. It remained relatively calm because those on the haters side decided to stay home. Guess it was too cold for them. Let’s hope, Austria settles down for a bit here.

My new weekly column, My Writing Life, that was supposed this week on Tuesday, didn’t because I hadn’t written it down and I wasn’t feeling too hot. Also, I was waiting for my family to receive their packages this week. I was anxious anyway and probably would have told you just how neurotic I was then and not something relevant to my writing life. Wait…a neurotic moment is probably relevant to my writing life…I promise not to be so short sighted next time. Look for it this week. Promise.

This week I am sharing something I’ve shared a few times but I never get enough of. I should really be writing science fiction or fantasy romance all the time. It flows so naturally and is something I really, really love. This is book 1 of my Girls Night Out series and it all starts with a girls date. You know the kind, where you get all your girlfriends and do something really decanident. You go out and have fun. Sometimes it ends great, sometimes it ends bad and sometimes it ends just right. In this woman’s case, it’s somewhere in between all the good, the bad and the ugly. I know what the second book is all about but it’s still in the planning stages and I’m hoping that some friends will also be writing stories in this world though their stories will be more contemporary in nature. I hope you like this glimpse into the world of Sky Nerezsh, who is The Harvester.

Science fiction has always been my first love. The very first story I completed was about a woman who lost her memory while on a space ship. That story turned into the first book in the Orchid series from eXtasy Books and it’s in the list below as one of my books they are having a sale on. I took that love for science fiction and twisted it a little to come up with this story because it’s all about family intrigue, roaming the galaxy and finding the one you love. And to think, it all started with a girls night out. Enjoy the snippet!

“You taste good,” she murmured before pressing her lips to his. Their tongues warred for supremacy over the other and when she pulled back she was shaken to the bone. No one had ever made her feel this way. Jaxon’s hands slid around to cup her breasts and she knew if she allowed them to touch her any more, they would need to find a bed and fast. Lifting her hand, she pulled his face to her neck, feeling his tongue snake out and lick the pulse beating there.
“Jaxon...we only have a few seconds.” Zane’s voice cut through her mental haze.
Suddenly, the music blared and they were gone. She opened her eyes to see them going on stage apparently to perform. It didn’t matter as she succeeded in successfully tagging them. Sky smiled to herself. Men everywhere were just the same. Give them a little bit of ass and they came running. Still, these two made her feel something she hadn’t felt in all the years working for her mother. It was as if – no, she wouldn’t let herself over think this situation. She would do what she needed to save this world then leave those two no matter how she felt.
She gave another glance toward the two performing on stage to a tune she felt appropriate as some of the words were ‘Princes of the Universe.’ These two could definitely be princes somewhere but probably not in her sector of the universe. That portion was reserved for the women calling the shots and being in charge. Sky didn’t know how many times she wanted to laugh when earth born would call her Xena as there were some distinct differences. The woman was way too nice in her opinion.
Sky tried to be as inconspicuous as possible going back down the stairs. She needed to get to her ship and do some prep work before she brought aboard any passengers. That was all she really expected them to be for the short time they were with her. She knew if she didn’t take them with her while filing her claim, Jesata would tag them. It could take her years to get them back and by that time they would be broken or worse. She witnessed the things people did to their slaves and women were by far the worse.
Maybe it had to do with man’s previous domination over females, which made the brothel owners hatred run deep of the male species. She heard some horrible things that happened to women on this planet but for the most part they were cherished and revered by the men of this world. But sometimes, men went berserk and then chaos ensued. Nothing controlled the chaos of a man’s mind once he went off the deep end. If these two had the chance to explore the universe maybe they wouldn’t go crazy as many on this rock had.
Sky edged back along the wall, cautious as she didn’t want to see Jesata at all before she went to her ship. She needed to call Avery before she went and make some excuse. Since she had been an exemplary employee who had never called in sick once nor ever had a family emergency, she felt no qualms about asking for time off. If the man knew she planned to save their way of life, she felt sure there would be no problem but is wasn’t something she could explain to him with truth.

This book is available from Shooting Star Books. My traditional ePublisher, eXtasy Books, is currently having a $0.99 sale on some of my books. Do You Think I'm Sexy ~ @oddlynn3 #MySexySaturday #Saturday7

Welcome to week 54 at My Sexy Saturday and this week’s theme is Do You Think I’m Sexy. Well, personally I think that’s what gets a lot of books started…more on that later…Vienna has been lovely this week overall. So I can’t complain. Though it’s been warmer, the humidity has been lower and that’s a relief. Still, it was time to cut my hair and while the DH didn’t want it to happen, I am thrilled…guess now I can have a cover reveal sometime soon…LOL!

Even more happy than that, there were no thunderstorms whatsoever. So Pup Harry had no reason to even to be afraid. Matter of fact, his happy wagging self is sitting right beside me trying to tell me just how great his run was with Dad. It’s like having another child with his shining, happy face telling me the world is great!

How’s it been going in your neck of the woods? Don’t forget that every comment you make this month will be entered into my monthly contest for a $20 gift certificate. And believe me, you’ll have plenty of opportunity.

Like I said the theme this week for My Sexy Saturday is Do You Think I’m Sexy. Hmmm, I had to think about this one. I’ve have a lot of stories where the characters are definitely sexy but I didn’t think I had one where someone was actually cocky about it. Then I remembered The Harvester.

Don’t get me wrong. This is a book dripping with sexy and sexiness and it’s a ménage to boot. Then I thought about the two heroes of the story. They are part of a male revue and that in itself implies that they ask the Do You Think I’m Sexy question every night they perform. Here’s my sexy seven paragraphs from this sci-fi erotic romance. You can get it here at Amazon for just $2.99. It is the first in the series and book 2 should be out before the end of the year.

Sky stood and waited for them, admiring their appearance even more with each step they came closer. Both were in what she knew were a type of clothing called kilts. When she first saw the plaid garment, she’d mistakenly likened them to a woman’s skirt and she’d been chastised by her employer who identified with the people from a land called Scotland. Apparently, they were like a warrior clan of brave men and women. She did appreciate the ones walking toward her with their hard chests, finely chiseled abdomens, strong arms and well-muscled legs. In all her time searching the galaxy, she couldn’t recall men as handsome or attractive to her and she’d seen enough men to know the difference.
She hoped they remembered their invitation and that they would forgive her in the fact it would need to be on her terms. “Hi, boys,” she purred.
“Well, look who came to see us, Jaxon.” Zane walked completely around her and she knew he liked what he saw as her body reflected the best she or any female could be. He fingered her dark hair and completed his circuit. “Know who she reminds me of?”
Jaxon hemmed her in on the other side and it took every ounce of her mental capacity to not throw them to the ground and hog tie them. “Who?”
She could feel that voice in her crotch and she needed to gain control. “No, don’t tell me...,” she gave them both a dazzling smile, “...Zena, warrior princess.”
“Guess you’ve heard that line before.” Jaxon’s voice stirred emotions she thought never to have on any of the known worlds.
She could feel the soft touch of Jaxon’s fingers as he brushed her hair from her neck. His velvety breath fluttered over her sensitive skin and she shuddered in anticipation. Maybe this wouldn’t be as easy as she thought since the need to hog tie them was suddenly replaced with the need to fuck them. Hard and long. Closing her eyes, she knew she needed them on her ship to neutralize their effect on her. But not before she partook of the bounty placed before her while here on this world.

Sexy Once Again ~ @oddlynn3 #Saturday7 #MSS44 #LynnCrain

Welcome to week 44 at My Sexy Saturday and this week has been pretty good all around. The youngest is visiting for about 6 weeks and my writing time in the beginning is sparse as he wants to do it all. Once he settles in, things get back to normal and I get more of it back. Still I managed to eek out nearly 10K this week and am very happy with that result.

Last week I gave you a little snippet of my erotic menage romance The Harvester. This story is about a women whose previous profession was being a harvester of men for the various brothel type venues in her universe as well as for her mother’s harem. On her home planet,  she is supposed to become queen but taking the position has one tiny requirement…killing her mother.

Instead of taking that path, she decides to devise her own and disappears in the vast reaches of space. Sky Nerezsh comes to Earth and makes a life here as a bodyguard until the day when her past collides with her present. When it happens in the form of an old rival, she has to think quick on her feet, claim two men and a whole planet to avoid the path she left behind.

This story was one of my favorite to write as I love sci-fi romance. In writing this type of story, you open up infinite worlds and your imagination knows no bounds. Just like the stars in space. It’s been said that it’s very vastness would make the normal person insane. Not me…I’d love to have the opportunity. Since it won’t happen for me, I’ll do it through my writing. I hope you enjoy this 7 paragraph snippet.

Sky gasped and pulled back to get a better look at the man in front of her. He reminded her of the gods of Vada. He was tall, well-muscled, dark hair brushing the top of his shoulders and had the most incredible violet eyes she had ever seen. Guess the optics weren’t wrong. He would fetch an exquisite price on Texra and her mother would be extremely proud for her acquisition. She shook her head to clear the cobwebs.
“Nice eyes, sweetie – hang around after the show – I’ll make it worth your while.” His voice hit a resonance with her and her whole body flushed. It had been years since she had reacted to any man. Now her emotions and body betrayed her for an insignificant being on an outer planet. She shook her head. This planet was no more insignificant than any other, including her own but she knew if she didn’t get herself under control, the Harvester in her would take over. Old habits die hard.
“Don’t let his demeanor fool you, luvey. He just wants to get into your pants.” Another deep voice reverberated close to her ear.
She glanced over her shoulder and again her breath was nearly taken away as she looked into the bluest eyes she’d ever seen in the galaxy bar none. The sky of Octa couldn’t hold a candle to the color that swirled in their depths.
“Ooo, Jaxon is right about the eyes. Very cool green.”
“Contacts,” Sky managed to get out for the second time this evening, her voice low.
“And a sexy voice to boot. Very nice.” He twirled away to join his companion on stage. He was just as nice looking as the first guy but just a little shorter. His shiny hair swung around his jaw line as he moved and her hands ached to run her fingers through it and over his body.

Doing Sexy ~ @oddlynn3 #MSS43 #Saturday7 #LynnCrain

Welcome to week 43 at My Sexy Saturday and boy have I had a time today. Some emergency home stuff came up first thing this morning. Home meaning in the States, so there were many long conversations via Skype and the phone. Then I was off to meet the husband at the airport as he’d been on travel for a week. I just love doing that because I get to people watch while there. I sit in the café, sipping my coffee and feeling totally European…but…it’s on with this week’s excerpt.

Previously here, I was sharing my erotic romance, Loving the Scotsman but now it’s time to move on. This week, I want to start highlighting my erotic menage romance The Harvester. This story is about a women whose previous profession was being a harvester of men for the various brothel type venues in her universe. A universe she is supposed to reign over one day except for one tiny requirement…killing her mother.

So instead of taking that path, she decides to devise her own and disappears in the vast reaches of space. Sky Nerezsh comes to Earth and makes a life here as a bodyguard until the day when her past collides with her present. When it happens, she has to think quick on her feet, claim two men and a whole planet to avoid the path she left behind.

This story was one of my favorite to write as I love sci-fi anything. The worlds my imagination can open up are infinite, just like the stars. I hope you enjoy this seven paragraph snippet.

She stared at him a moment and stayed completely still. “No game.”
“Lady, you should have a better explanation than that one.”
She felt another set of hands on her body and she creamed herself in anticipation as they continued up her body.
“Jax...let’s just do her right now...screw the explanation.”

Hi everyone!

This week, I’m taking you into the world of The Harvester…so sit back and enjoy!

The Book Hook:

Leaning down, his breath reminded her of the sweetgrass that grew on her home planet of Tyrsati, heightening her senses even more. “Sweetheart, I see how you want me...it’s written all over your face.” His voice purred in her ear.

Blurb: Princess Sky Xera Nerezsh came to earth to avoid the normal succession to the throne.

Logline: Sky Nerezsh, a Harvester of men, leaves home avoiding a tragic path when a rival comes to claim Earth and the two Scottish lifemates she’s just discovered.
