Loving The Scotsman ~ @oddlynn3 #MySexySaturday #MSSWeek27 #Saturday7 #LynnCrain

It’s week 27 at My Sexy Saturday and welcome to one of the sexiest Saturdays ever. First, I hope that each of you who celebrate the American tradition of Thanksgiving had a very, very wonderful and happy time with your family. Also, I’d like to extend a Happy Hanukkah to those who celebrate that holiday. Both are wonderful family times meant to bring people, near and far, together.

My Sexy Saturday is a weekly blog hop where authors share sexy snippets of their books with 7 words, 7 sentences or 7 paragraphs. Each week we entertain you through our snippets that we post. This is for you, our readers, as we value and appreciate each one of you.

This week we’re still in my wonderful story Loving the Scotsman. We’ve in Chapter 3 and there is so much more to share with you. Again, this is a story told in 1st person POV from both the heroine and hero as all the books in the series will be. It’s a unique approach, and I love it! Loving the Scotsman is this: the lovers are being drawn together after 15 years apart. I’m currently writing the second book of The MacKenzie Clan. Here are my sexy 7 sentences for the week. Enjoy!

And do what? I thought to myself. Just what exactly did I have planned for my life? It certainly wasn’t going like I thought fifteen years ago. Then, the world was my oyster, I knew exactly where I would be. Next to Logan, having his children, building a life together, doing something important that mattered to us both. It all came tumbling down due to circumstances beyond either one of our control. Yet, in many ways, the scar felt as fresh as the day the wound was made.

Please visit all the great authors from My Sexy Saturday weekly blog hop listed below. Have a great weekend...see you next week!

  1. Amazing the kind of dreams we have when we first start our journey. Never knowing exactly where the road will lead.

  2. Yes, isn't it funny how life happens even though we made other plans! I think lots of readers will relate to that circumstance.

Hope you had a great Thanksgiving!
