Welcome to week 86^th week of My Sexy Saturday. The week’s theme is A Long Sexy Time and  it was noted this theme would mean different things for each authors. When deciding about what story I would use this week, I realized I was going to cheat and would be adding more than just one snippet. Yes, I know this is against the rules, I made them, but it’s not often that I get to admire a couple who had never had their own story. At least not yet. In my Santa’s Elves series, there is a couple who are mentioned at least once in every book. This couple have been together a long sexy time and their love shines through everything they do. From how they raised their children to how they dealt with each of them falling in love. Sometime in the future, we’ll see how they deal with their grandchildren and we’ll even see how they started it all.

Can’t you tell I just love this series? LOL! The first snippet this week comes from the story An Elf’s Magic:

He nodded his head in the general direction of his parents and her gazed followed. At a table away from most people sat Janice and Bevan. Bevan held his wife’s hand tenderly and their heads came together as they talked. Even without knowing they were married, she would have understood they meant something to each other. The way he looked at her and her him, the gentle touches, the soft little kisses. They had something very special.

“Will it be like that for us?”

He looked at her surprised. “For us?”

She turned and looked at him. “You know, for us. They’ve been together how long?”

“I guess thirty five years or so, I mean Jedrick is almost thirty four. They always celebrate their anniversary in the spring. But I don’t even know when they got married.”

She smiled. “Look at them and not with the eye of their son. Those two people are in love, really in love. They will die in each other’s arms. We should be so lucky.” She turned back to see him swallow hard. “Sorry, but it’s how I see them.”

“Until you commented on them being in love, I never thought about them as anything other than my mother and father.”

The second snippet comes from The View From Santa’s Sleigh:

“He’s got to grow up sometime, Janice,” her husband said in a quite voice.

“But this way, Bevan?” she questioned, turning to look into his deep blue eyes. “Surely not this way.”

“What way is that, Janice?” Santa’s question intruded upon their conversation.

Janice turned sad eyes toward him. “Santa, what is going on?” she questioned tensely.

The old man drew himself up and sighed. “I brought home a present for Jedrick,” his normally calm voice boomed into the tense silence of the room.

“A what?” Janice asked.

“Really?” Bevan questioned, beaming, only looking serious when his wife threw a scathing glance in his direction.

And my final snippet comes from The Thing About Elves:

“Well…you had something to do with the first one…and she brought this second one!” Janice cried. The small woman stood there defiantly, arms crossed over her chest.

“I thought we’d decided that whatever our children did had nothing to do with Santa or him bringing Tessa home in the first place?” a calm voice questioned from the door.

“You might have.” She turned and faced the man standing in the doorway of Santa’s office.

“Our children have their own lives, Janice. And that includes sex. We always knew and hoped that each of them would find a mate one day.”

Janice rubbed her head. “God…why does elf sex have to be so magical?”

“Would you want it any other way, wife?”

Looking at her husband, a slow smile spread across her face. “Absolutely not.” She stood there for a moment. “But that still doesn’t change what’s happened.”

Welcome to week 85^th week of My Sexy Saturday. The week’s theme is Their Sexy Talk and again, it was noted that this theme would mean different things for different authors. This week, I’m using a story from my backlist and I’ve chosen a couple who in the beginning were at odds with each other. The spark was there in spaded but Ardan just didn’t want to acknowledge it until the end of the book. But through it all, as a reader, I hope you can tell that they are working toward a tomorrow. The book is the second in my Santa’s Elves series, The Thing About Elves, and it’s one of my all-time favorite stories that I’ve written. Here’s the setup:

It’s been two years since Angie’s friend, Tessa, got married to Jedrick and introduced her to his brother, Ardan. From the moment, she saw him she knew he was the man for her. There’s only one problem…he’s elf…an elf who swears human and elves don’t mix. But Angie has other plans in mind.

When Ardan asks her to his house after the delivery of Tessa’s and Jedrick’s twins, she jumps at the chance. Even though he keeps telling her nothing will happen, they have been doing this dance for a very long time. And when she teases him by caressing his body, Ardan knows he’s lost. But love and commitment are more than just hot sex. Ardan still doesn’t trust human women and Angie is determined to prove that she is the woman…the only woman…for him. She loves medicine, the North Pole and him more than anything else in the world.

When Ardan is summoned to help a hurt elf, he is unavailable and Angie goes in his stead to prove to him that she loves the community of elves as much as he does. But something goes terribly wrong and Ardan is left to care for a comatose and possibly dying Angie. Ardan realizing just how precious this woman is, vows to prove to her his love is fathomless.

No matter what the future holds.

This book is a novella and like I said, I loved writing it. When I finished the book, I had a Joan Wilder moment and actually cried from being so happy. Yes, it is that heartwarming and awesome.  I hope you enjoy Angie’s story with my snippet this week of seven sexy paragraphs!

Ardan snorted. Resist, indeed. “Madam, I don’t know what you’re talking about.”

“Sure you do. You just don’t want to admit it, big boy. You want me.” She closed her eyes as if breathing in his scent just like he had done moments before when he had his back turned to her.

“And I want you.”

Slowly, she slid a finger up his leg and under his lab coat. If that hand or finger went an inch higher, she would know that he lied. Still, he tried to will his body to obey his commands. Human women were off limits. Angie’s hand continued its journey up his leg and he knew he was lost. How was he going to explain this?

She leaned back, looked up and chuckled. “What do we have here?”

Ardan almost felt physically sick. He hadn’t let a human woman touch him since college and here this one was practically in his pants. He cleared his throat. “I don’t know what you mean.”

“And you call yourself a doctor?” She stood on tiptoes and pulled him down to her. “Maybe I’ll have to teach you,” she whispered in his ear as her tongue snaked out and gently caressed the flesh.

Our Sexy Thanksgiving ~ @oddlynn3 #MySexySaturday #Saturday7 #LynnCrain

Welcome to week 69^th week of My Sexy Saturday. The week’s theme is Our Sexy Thanksgiving. There was a lot of talk about the holiday and the movies that remind us of the holidays. Definitely some fun things there. Unfortunately, I don’t have one book set near the holiday of Thanksgiving. Gives me something to think about, that’s for sure.

The Chriskindlemarkts are in full swing now with the last of them opening this weekend. It just seems so wrong when those of us in the US haven’t celebrated Thanksgiving yet. But I’m celebrating it early because of friends from the States. My dear husband is off doing work so I was going to be alone. Some of his co-workers, whom I’ve become friends with, are here doing their part for an exercise being done in the Middle East. They decided we all needed to celebrate the holiday early. So today’s the day for me to get all the turkey I could ever want. LOL! Can’t wait.

And again, the big surprise has gone undone. I so, so apologize as it was me this week. Part of what I do every year is to get some surprises from the Chriskindlemarkts here and shipped them to where ever the winners may live. I still plan to do that but since I haven’t even purchased the gifts yet, I thought it was a little premature to talk about things I had no clue about. Hope you understand. Part of this fabulous weekend is doing just that. So far, I’ve visited two of the markets and plan on a few more. I know you’ll like what I have. So just a little more patience and all will be revealed.

I have decided that Austria doesn’t know what season it is yet. Some days are pleasant and much warmer than what one expects for winter. There were days that is was so gray, I wanted to bury my head under the pillow. Other days, snow clouds hung in the sky and did nothing. Just made everyone realize that it hasn’t snowed yet. I’m expecting that one soon. Now today, is back to a gray day but I’m still chipper since we’re doing Thanksgiving. Pup Harry has been snarkier than usual since he hurt his leg but otherwise is a very happy dog. Even he will enjoy the turkey.

Longmire fans got the news we had been hoping for…Netflix picked up our beloved series for another season…Season 4 will be short, only 10 episodes, but it’s coming in 2015. Can you say happy dance? I can’t wait to see what all is going to happen with that much beloved series. Again…gotta love those cowboys…and let’s not forget those Indians!

Ardan pulled her tighter. “It’s the northern lights, the Aurora Borealis.”

“You mean the thing caused by the Earth’s magnetic field?” She looked at him through hooded lashes. He had to know just how much he affected her with his closeness. All her senses were on high sexual alert. It took everything in her to keep her heart from not beating out of her chest.

He continued to look at the light show for a few more minutes. “Yes, it’s caused by the magnetic field. But we tell another story about them.”

“And that is?”

He looked down at her then with troubled eyes. “We artic elves have a legend about lost lovers. Or maybe you would call them found.”

She grinned then. “What’s the legend?”

“In the realm of the first Earth, there were two elves. One always wanted to stay home and do everything he was told while his mate loved to help people. She would do whatever was necessary so her people could thrive and prosper. One day she was called away and while she was gone the eternal night that you mentioned had begun and she couldn’t find her way home. Her mate was so lost without her that he prayed for seven days and seven nights to the gods to bring her home. At the end of the seventh day, the night sky lit up with what we call the Aurora Borealis and she was able to find her way home by its light.”

I'm Too Sexy ~ @oddlynn3 #MySexySaturday #Saturday7 #LynnCrain

Welcome to week 68^th week of My Sexy Saturday. The week’s theme is I’m too sexy. While it’s hard to really put my finger on what this is about, I know it isn’t about the arrogant ones who think they are sexy and don’t have a prayer. There are a lot of these in the world. I can remember being followed by a few in my lifetime and not in a good way. Makes me shiver to think about it. No, this is about those men who know they are sexy and use it in such a good, good way. It’s all about the ones that you can’t take your eyes off of and somehow find yourself in a trapped elevator with them to realize that they are the nicest person. Or it’s about those who are sexy and fall hard for the person of their dreams.  And it seems I had the dates so totally wrong for my surprise…I am so, so sorry…sigh. But not all is lost.

Like I’d said last week, the Christmas season fast approaches, especially here in Vienna, Austria where all the Chriskindlemarkts officially start tomorrow. That’s right, you saw it right…November 16^th is the first day for really Christmas shopping her…and it’s so weird still for me. In the US, we have Thanksgiving first that prepares us for a glorious holiday season. Not so here. We go from Halloween to Christmas and the shopping begins mid-November and it’s something to behold. I’ll definitely be putting up pictures very soon. And I’ll be posting more about my elf books. The big surprise I was alluding to was actually scheduled for this coming week, November 18^th…and it involves prizes…good prizes. So stop by to see what all I have in store for you.

Austria has been pretty good this week. No days that were extremely cold or wet. But that all changed this morning. While the temp was good, the wind chill halved it and tells me what all is in store this coming week. Rain is predicted for tomorrow and I’m betting they are right from the looks of today’s skies. It was dull and gray and made me wonder when it was just going to open up. Even pup Harry was shivering a little this morning, which is something that is out of character when he’s on the move. Just stopping made him unhappy on today’s walk.

Longmire fans got the news we had been hoping for…Netflix is in negotiations to bring us season 4 of our beloved series…but don’t be jumping up and down just yet. There are lots of things to be worked out and it won’t be a done deal until the ink is on the page. We’re still in book 2 of my Santa’s Elves series, The Thing About Elves. Ardan and Angie are in love but he’s still not quite ready to admit it to anyone, including himself. Each moment and instant they are together is magic. He has sealed them together forever through the ancient ritual of Nor’ahkeem where elves seal their bond to their mate with the use of magic. What he doesn’t realize is that each time they make love, the bond gets even stronger. Here’s my sexy 7 paragraphs for the week. Enjoy!

Angie didn’t even have time to ponder his comment when he buried himself to the hilt in her body. She felt like she was going to be split asunder. Ardan had never been this large before and it was almost uncomfortable. Still, she willed herself to relax so that her body could accommodate his. With each slow thrust, he rubbed her inner spot and began a slow sexual build-up that had her quivering in seconds. He had been right; this was going to be much more intense.

“Ardan, please...” She didn’t know how she even managed to say anything, the feeling was so—so—she didn’t know how to describe it because it was so new. She felt like she was on fire.

“Angie…not yet…please, not yet,” he breathed.

Taking one of his hands, he began to rub her clit in a slow circular motion, always moving but never lingering long enough for her to get a real grasp of the sensation. With the other, he worked her anus, moving in and out, pushing her to new heights but never allowing her fall over the edge. Her body began to move of its own accord. She no longer had control. Ardan had control of her body in a way she couldn’t understand. She knew that it was only a matter of moments before she would spontaneously combust, at this rate. Still, he tried to push her higher. The head of his penis brushed up against her cervix with every motion, until her insides were burning for release.

“Ardan…I can’t wait…,” she breathed and began to thrust wildly against him. Pushing and straining, she felt him grow even larger and wondered incoherently just how much more she could take when the dam burst. She was being filled with liquid fire and she screamed as the orgasm took her to a place she had never once imagined.

“Arghhh,” Ardan cried. “I can’t stop it.”

The elven magic swirled around them. The colors were more intense than ever before as the magic enveloped them in its almost painful grip. It pulled them higher and higher before shoving both of them over the abyss in a vortex of sexual energy so tight they would never escape. The magic pulled their breath away and somehow they both tumbled into an uneasy slumber.

We’re still in book 2 of my Santa’s Elves series, The Thing About Elves. Ardan knows he’s in love with Angie but doesn’t want to admit it to himself yet much less her. In this scene, he states the ancient ritual of Nor’ahkeem where elves seal their bond to their mate with the use of magic. Enjoy!

“I’m going to do this right, no matter what I’m feeling,” he ground out and pushed her completely to her back into the soft pillows on the bed. Slowly, he slid back down her body till he was even with her stomach. Briefly, he laid his head there and breathed in deeply. “Do you know that the smell of your sex is driving me almost insane? If I don’t have you soon, I don’t know what will happen.”

Leisurely, as if he had never made that last comment, he spread the lips of her labia to expose her clit and the soft piece of flesh covering it. Leaning down, he tongued her gently, rolling the hard nub between his teeth, his mouth firmly entrenched on her body.

Angie groaned with intense pleasure. This was new…and different…and oh so sinful. Whatever this Nor’ahkeem was it certainly increased the sexual tension in elves to a fever pitch. Arching her hips, she met his mouth time after time.

Ardan devoured her like a starved man, the heat from his mouth searing its feel into her very flesh. He lavishly licked and nipped her into a frenzy which could only end in one way. And she wanted that more than anything.

She nearly came undone when he gently slid his fingers into her body, pumping them in and out of her gently. “Please…please,” she moaned.

“Please what, Ang? What is it you want me to do?”

The old, teasing Ardan seemed to be back. But she knew it was much more than that…this was something so special…she didn’t even want to try and analyze what happened or why.

The moment of truth had arrived. Ardan wanted to tell her everything, but for some reason held back for just a second.

“You don’t have to tell me if you don’t want to,” she whispered, the hurt evident in her voice.

Looking down into the violet eyes, he realized that he wanted to tell this woman everything. He felt compelled to link with her in such a way that she would be his forever. He just wanted to make sure everything was as perfect as he could make it, even though he knew in the back of his mind that nothing remained perfect for long. “I’ll tell you what I think you should know. That is, until you get bored. My life is really boring, you know.”

“Boring? You have got to be kidding. Your life seems absolutely fascinating in ways that I can only imagine.”

“Not kidding. But why don’t you sit down in front of the fire and I’ll go get some hot chocolate?”

“Do you have something besides whiskey to put in the cocoa?” she questioned tentatively.

Half frowning at her, he chuckled. “Don’t like the whiskey?”
